Alana A. Lewis is a Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine cardiologist whose work connects cardiovascular imaging, valvular disease, women in heart disease, and cardiovascular equity. She earned her MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 2013, completed internal medicine training at Duke University Hospital, and pursued cardiology and advanced cardiovascular imaging fellowships at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she was chief fellow in 2019.
