Directory data

The directory organizes information already made public by training programs and open scholarly databases. It does not expose private Carlo Finance account data, and this public site keeps prospects separate from accounts in the Carlo Med application.

Previous early access registrations

The waitlist is closed. Previous registrations remain in the marketing database, separate from application accounts: email address, optional training stage and interests, signup sources, and registration date. Contact us below to remove your registration or stop receiving updates. Creating an application account does not automatically import these details.

Notifications

The Carlo Med application emails you when interview prep you ordered is ready, unless you turn email off in your notification settings. If you choose texts, we keep your mobile number, the consent wording you agreed to and when, and any later opt-out. Resend delivers our email and Telnyx delivers our texts; they receive the address or number and the message only to deliver it. The text message terms explain how to stop.

Mobile information and text message opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose them only to our messaging provider and mobile carriers as needed to deliver messages, or when the law requires it.

Site analytics

We measure page views, performance, and anonymized session replays to understand which directory paths work and where the interface breaks. Search fields are masked, request headers and bodies are not recorded, and anonymous visitors are not converted into identified profiles.
