Interview prep text alerts

What we send

Carlo Med, a service of Carlo Finance, Inc., sends an automated text when interview prep you ordered is ready, with a link to it in your account. We text you only after you enter your mobile number in your notification settings, agree to receive texts, and confirm the six-digit code we send to that number. We do not send marketing texts. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase, and email notices work without it.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with the interviews you prepare for, usually one text per interview. Message and data rates may apply. Texts are available for U.S. mobile numbers on participating carriers.

Stopping and help

• Reply STOP at any time. We confirm once and send no further texts to that number.
• Or turn texts off in your notification settings. To get texts again, turn them back on there.
• Reply HELP for help, or email tejas@carlo.med.

Wireless carriers and our messaging provider are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use your mobile number only to send these alerts and never share it for marketing. The privacy policy explains what we keep and who delivers the messages.
