Meredith Njus

Discussed collaborative health justice advocacy through Hill Day

Meredith Njus is a Georgetown-trained medical professional whose documented work combines health justice advocacy, peer mentorship and community service. She completed residency at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine after attending Georgetown University School of Medicine. During medical school, she co-led the HoyaMed Summer Sports Camp, which connected medical students with children living in a D.C. family shelter, and served on the GSMP board. Her reflections emphasized collaborative medical-legal advocacy, supportive relationships and vulnerability among students. These activities point to sustained interests in equitable care, mentorship and service-oriented medical education.
