Jennifer Shiunroh Li is a Duke pediatric cardiologist and faculty leader whose work has shaped pediatric drug evaluation, congenital heart outcomes research, and childhood-obesity studies. She graduated with distinction from Stanford University in Chemistry and English in 1983, earned her M.D. from Duke in 1987, and completed pediatric internship, residency, and cardiology fellowship training between 1987 and 1993. She later earned a Duke Master’s Degree in Health Sciences in 2005. At Duke, she served as Chief of Pediatric Cardiology beginning in 2006 and Director of Pediatric Research at the Duke Clinical Research Institute from 2001 to 2015. She is listed as Beverly C. Morgan, M.D., Distinguished Professor of Pediatric Cardiology, Professor of Pediatrics and Medicine, and a DCRI member. Her interests include pediatric hypertension, clinical trials, thrombosis, Pompe disease, and infective endocarditis.
