Sarah E. Chuzi is a Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine cardiologist whose clinical and educational work connects advanced heart-failure care with palliative-care communication and support. She is an Assistant Professor of Medicine (Cardiology), affiliated with Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Jesse Brown VA Medical Center.
