David Franklin Kong is a Duke cardiovascular physician and research leader whose work connects interventional cardiology, clinical-trial evidence, medical-device evaluation, and healthcare informatics. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Duke University Medical Center, an interventional cardiologist at Duke Hospital, a member of the Duke Clinical Research Institute, and Co-Director of its Cardiovascular Late Phase 3 and Devices Unit.
