Roshni Kurian (she/her) Undergraduate: Saint Louis University, 2025 Graduate Degree and Program: MHA, Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO, 2026 Why did you pursue a fellowship? I pursued an administrative fellowship to develop a better understanding of the systems and processes that operate a health system. A fellowship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience that equips me with the knowledge necessary to serve as a wholistic leader. The Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin health system allows me to understand system operations while working alongside executive leaders, and the fellowship program aims to foster growth with experimentation and early leadership with the interim role. My goal is to become a collaborative leader who improves patient care, and the F&MCW program is built to make this goal possible and set me up for success.
