Vishal Narasinga Rao is a Duke faculty member whose work focuses on heart failure, digital tools for quality-of-care, hemodynamics, and cardiovascular and hepatic risk. He earned an M.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in 2015 and an M.P.H. from UNC in 2014, completed Johns Hopkins’ Osler Medical Residency Training Program from 2015 to 2018, and pursued cardiovascular disease and research training at Duke from 2018 to 2022.
