I pursued an administrative fellowship to take a deep dive into healthcare operations and learn how a health system functions. A fellowship is an incredible opportunity to learn from healthcare leaders and develop my skills to be an effective leader in the future. Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network is an extremely supportive environment to be in, and the fellowship program allows learners to gain access to the entire system and explore their passions. This fellowship will equip me with a comprehensive understanding of our current healthcare landscape, and I have already felt how invested the program executive sponsors and leaders are in my learning and personal development. I am eager to learn how my unique abilities can be developed and utilized in the health system throughout the two-year program.
