About
Ideal practice: After residency, my goal is to stay in Minnesota and practice full-spectrum family medicine in a small-town community setting.
I hope to have a broad patient panel seeing everything from neonates to the geriatric population and anything in-between, including preventative health, procedures, and FM obstetrics.

Why Mayo? I chose to come to Mayo because I fell in love with it during my Sub-I experience. The things that stood out the most to me were the supportive and respectful culture and how everyone genuinely values each other. The faculty is committed to helping residents become caring and well-rounded physicians. I also appreciate the balance between the academic inpatient experience and rural outpatient clinic setting. I am confident this diverse training will prepare me to handle a large variety of scenarios and give me flexibility later in my career. There is also a bonus in that I get to train close to home with the support of my family and friends just a couple hours away.
