I pursued an administrative fellowship because I enjoy improving healthcare through collaboration, strategic thinking, and operational problem-solving. Throughout my experiences, I discovered how rewarding it is to work alongside both clinical and administrative teams to create meaningful improvements for patients, providers, and staff. What drew me to the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Administrative Fellowship was the opportunity to learn from supportive executive sponsors and leaders who are truly invested in developing future healthcare leaders. Over the next two years, I am excited to explore different areas of the health system, build meaningful relationships across the organization, contribute to impactful initiatives, and continue growing as a healthcare leader.
