George Sipa Yankey is a structural interventional cardiologist whose practice centers on coronary, valvular, and structural heart disease. He is a Structural Interventionalist at MUSC Columbia Downtown and performs catheterization, minimally invasive valve procedures including TAVR and MitraClip, and structural procedures such as Watchman and ASD/PFO closures. Yankey grew up in Accra, Ghana, moved to Cleveland after high school, and earned undergraduate and medical degrees at Case Western Reserve University.
